In Shades of Pink

This one-bedroom apartment in a Stalin-era building on Kutuzovsky Prospect was designed as a cozy rental space, with the primary goal of creating harmony between the living and sleeping areas. It was important to avoid bulky partitions that could overwhelm the already compact space.

The solution came in the form of an elegant folding screen, which serves not only as a functional element but also as a stylish accent in the interior. It gently divides the room, creating an atmosphere of coziness and privacy, and can be easily folded away when needed to restore the space’s openness.

The apartment also features concealed cabinets, which proved to be a clever solution for storing dishes and outerwear. These hidden storage options help maintain order and minimalism without cluttering the interior with unnecessary details.

The kitchen embraces an open-concept design: all upper cabinets were removed, and a large dresser now serves as a reliable storage space for dishes. Now, while washing dishes, the homeowner can enjoy a stunning view of the bustling avenue outside, filling the kitchen with light and the vibrant energy of city life.
